1. Contractor understands that by transmitting their video, permitting their pictures to be displayed on any website on the world wide web owned/operated by AdultCamStaffing, that any persons who surf the web can see said Contractor at any time. It is also understood that AdultCamStaffing cannot be responsible for people outside of the Company to copy and reproduce any or all video and pictures coming from Contractors show. It is clearly understood that by doing live video chat on the internet, can at some times create a moral problem for the hiring of contractor in an occupation other than doing the live video. The artist agrees in no way is AdultCamStaffing responsible for the termination or failure to get a job that is clearly in fault of the live video shows that Contractor has done for AdultCamStaffing Network.
2. Contractor agrees that if anyone else is to appear in the transmission of his/her video that they will submit all of their own paperwork to appear on the AdultCamStaffing Network. If any other person nude or non nude are visible the contractors account will be blocked.
3. Contractor agrees to use their own real pictures and live/recorded video for the purpose of being a performer for AdultCamStaffing. Contractor also assigns the Company, its successors , and those acting under its permission or upon its authority, permission to copyright and/or publish any photograph without using contractor's name, and to keep such photographs, portraits, in such manner as the Company shall deem proper to their use. I also understand that by signing this agreement that I am waiving any and all rights(printed media or digital media) to these photographs and videos.
4. Contractor hereby gives the Company permission for advertising purposes to permanently publish photographs on AdultCamStaffing network of websites and any other websites owned/operated by AdultCamStaffing including sites of webmasters who promote AdultCamStaffing Network of websites
5. Company does not seek and does not assert any control over the activities of Contractor in the performance of services necessary to accomplish the objective sought by any client. Contractor understands and agrees that Contractor is an independent contractor who, as such, is solely responsible for exercising independent judgment as to the time, place, and manner in which the Services are performed.
6. Contractor understands that they are an Independent Contractor, therefore there is no Workmen’s Compensation provided by Company for injuries that occur during transmission of your show for our network.
7. Contractor understands that no medical benefits or any other benefits thereof will be provided by AdultCamStaffing.
8. No taxes will be taken out of Contractor’s payout therefore taxes on money paid to Contractor must be declared by the Contractor to their IRS. ( government )
9. It is understood that any excessive charge backs incurred by the AdultCamStaffing due to fraudulent activity for shows done on the AdultCamStaffingNetwork by the Contractor will be debited from the Contractor’s account.
10. AdultCamStaffing shall hold money from Contractor’s check or wire for the amount of the charge backs and any costs involved with such charge back, if such a chargeback/refund occurs.
11. Contractor agrees not to divulge any information pertaining to business or how business is conducted to anyone in reference to the AdultCamStaffing.
12. AdultCamStaffing shall immediately release any contractor for redirecting or otherwise misdirecting clients so a loss of income for the Company is achieved . Therefore forfeiting any money due to said Contractor.
